Delaware Swim Team (DST) has a long history of, and national reputation for, excellence. Serving athletes at all levels, from first-time swimmers to the highest National-level competitors, we have a comprehensive program perfect for coaches of all experience levels.
We are celebrating our 30th Anniversary in 2023 and looking to add to the success of the team for the next 30 years!
DST offers programming at 3 convenient locations, in North Wilmington, New Castle, and Pike Creek. Within 30 minutes to all of New Castle County, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

DST is looking for knowledgeable and passionate coaches, with positions available at all 3 locations.
