Our vision for Streamline Teams is an innovative approach to bridging the gaps within our international swimming community of college and club coaches. We developed a platform for coaches to network, learn from each other, and help each other be successful!
So, how can you benefit most from our resources? Here is a step by step insiders guide to Streamline Teams:
Step 1: Become A Site Member
The Best News, It's 100 % FREE to become a member! On the top right hand corner of our website, there is a circle icon. If you select that, it will give you the option to sign in or sign up. Once you have signed up, you will receive an automated email asking for some basic information so we can identify you as a college or club coach. Upon your response, once we have verified you are in fact a coach, you will be admitted as a website member!
Step 2: Your Coach Profile
We are proud to host swimmings first ever social media platform! All coaches that become members receive a free coach profile. You can customize your photo, follow other coaches, share your bio, earn badges, and so much more!
Step 3: The Current - Swim Coach Blog
Streamline Teams is proud to feature coaches and their teams across the world! Check out the amazing free blogs written by coaches with other coaches in mind. There are plenty of inspirational reads to be found! If you are interested in becoming a featured coach or would like to nominate a coach, please submit all requests and inquiries to contact@streamlineteams.org. We look forward to learning more about you and your team!
Step 4: The Catch - Coach Member Forum
This is a members only area with various categories such as Women In Coaching, Team Takeovers, Coach Q&A, and many more! You must be logged into your account to view these but you have the ability to post, ask questions, and network with other coaches inside the platform!
Step 5: Monthly Virtual Events
Streamline Teams hosts monthly discussion events on various topics within college & club swimming! Now that you are a member, you can register for events and join the discussions! All of our events are planned and hosted by coaches for coaches! We can't wait to see you there!
Step 6: The Primer Coach Program
We are proud to provide a variety of Mentorship options for swim teams everywhere! There is great fit for everyone no matter where you are at in your coaching journey. From group matching, team consulting, and one on one traditional mentorship, we have it and can't wait to have you become a part of the swim coach network!
